1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and the operator of quote.myautoangel.com (“My Auto Angel”, “we”). They govern your use of the website, the quote-matching funnel, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful.

3. We are not an insurance company

My Auto Angel is a marketing service that connects consumers with licensed insurance carriers and lead-marketplace operators. We are not an insurer, agent, broker, or producer. We do not underwrite, issue, modify, cancel, or service any insurance policy. Quotes, rates, coverages, and contractual terms are provided by, and are the sole responsibility of, the carrier that issues them.

4. How the Service works

When you complete the quote form, we share the information you provide with one or more Marketing Partners (see our Privacy Policy for the current list) and with the Allstate Lead Marketplace under our vendor agreement. A participating carrier may purchase your lead and contact you with a quote. We receive a referral fee for matched leads.

5. Your obligations

• You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You may not submit information about another person without their authority.
• You may not use the Service to harass, defraud, scrape, or interfere with normal operation.
• You may not attempt to bypass rate-limiting, authentication, or anti-fraud controls.

6. TCPA, calls, texts, and email

By submitting the quote form and clicking the consent checkbox or submission button, you provide your electronic signature and express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for My Auto Angel and our Marketing Partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. Contact may include automatic telephone dialing system calls, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, SMS / MMS text messages, and emails, even if the phone number you provide is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you may opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Email and CAN-SPAM

Commercial email sent on our behalf identifies the sender, includes a valid postal address, uses a non-deceptive subject line, and contains a one-click unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by My Auto Angel or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service only as expressly authorized by these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY AUTO ANGEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF QUOTES OR RATES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOU WILL BE APPROVED FOR ANY POLICY OR THAT ANY QUOTE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY AUTO ANGEL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless My Auto Angel from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in your county of residence or another location reasonably convenient to you. You and My Auto Angel each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@myautoangel.com within 30 days of first using the Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 12, any court action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
